My challenges
My main challenge is to master muscle-up!
To achieve that, I need to do a homework to prepare my body, as without doubt, muscle-up is very hard exercise. So my first aim is to achieve physical condition required for muscle-up. At least 12 strict consecutive pull-ups are must-have.
Next checkpoint – 20 pull ups! I am at 14 reps now. Read more on my Progress reports page →
First checkpoint – 10 reps. ✅ Achieved!
It took me 5 months to get to the first checkpoint, and of course, I earned a lot of experience during those first months. More about it in my August report →
My reports
Every month, I am testing my max consecutive bodyweight pull ups.
I am describing my workouts, what I did, how I felt, what I changed and what plans for next month I have.
