April – 4 pull ups

I did 4 reps, that’s after first few workouts.

Few weeks gone from my first workout and I really enjoy it! Can do more than previous month, so monthly target reached. Even if it is only +1 rep, it’s ok – I don’t rush. I’m still learning a lot and experimenting. The most important thing is that there is any progress at all, and I have enough patience to keep it moving.

So as previously, I was using full body routine this month. I target most of my body muscle groups, using those exercises:

  • pull-ups
  • few abs exercises
  • push-ups
  • leg exercise

I did 4 sets. In every set I try to use different exercise.

Oh, and also, I want to work more on my cardio, so I started running. Again, I start slowly, as I don’t want to get any health problems. Last time I was running some longer distance was about 20 years ago… so I don’t need to remind my running pace was little bit on slow side. 🙂 Of course I can’t run even 1km without stopping. So I tried slow run, little bit walk when needed, again run. And I managed to beat 3km in such style. Will keep doing it!
