August – 10 pull ups

Yesss, my first milestone of 10 reps reached! 🎉

Ten is magic number. I wanted to run 10 km, despite I knew it may be too much for my knees.. Now I wanted to reach 10 pull-ups. It was big achievement for me, as I did 10 consecutive pull ups for the first time in my 42 years long life!

It took me 5 months, and I learned a lot! I found out that low endurance was my main weak spot and started to work more on that. I realized that exercise diversity is very important. I attended physiotherapist, to receive professional advice. It all helped a lot. I feel very confident now, and I know I will keep training and improving myself!

This month main event was my physiotherapist visits. I was on physiotherapeutical massage two times. I was surprised how painfull was that. But after, I felt my soulders and neck was relieved. Then I visited sports trainer few times, who explained me a lot on how to train smarter and how to avoid injuries. It all helped me not only physical, but also mentaly. But now I have another problem. I have so many exercises to do, that I have no time to perform them all. So I decided to still to keep focus on pull-ups/dips/pushups routine and core/legs routine another day.
