June is another month without real training. I am spending a lot of time with my family, as our son requires a lot of attention. And I am slowing down because of my hernia too. I am not going to risk to make it worse. So I did only one, carefull workout on 11 of June.
- 10 pull ups, bodyweight
- 8 pull ups, bodyweight
- 5 pull ups, L-sit
- 7 pull ups, bodyweight
- 6 pull ups, bodyweight
- 6 chin ups, bodyweight
Finally, at the 28. of June, there was my hernia surgery. Everything went well, but of course, it was not without some painful days after that. As my stomach was blown with gas during the surgery, it was main source of pain now. It felt like all content of my stomach was mixed, and now it needs to settle down again. First attempt to go to the wc was pretty hard, as I barely could walk. Next morning I was let out from the hospital. It was still painfull to sit and walk, but I felt that every next morning was much better.
Time heals everything, that’s really true!
