May – 6 pull ups

I did 6 consecutive pull-ups, it is +2 increase from previous month.

June is here, and it’s time for report. I am very happy, that things are picking up steam! I can do +2 more reps than in April. I am adapting to regular workouts, to some schedule, and things are more organized now.

My workout circuit was same as previously, I was using full body routine this month again.

I did 4 sets, targeting almost all muscle groups:

  • pull-ups
  • abs exercises
  • push-ups
  • leg exercises

And I was running once or twice a week as well. In May I have added distance on every tun, and at the end of month I was running 7km. It took me 49min 18sec to finish those 7km, with average heart rate 154 :). It was consecutive run all the distance, only once for some 20sec I walked a little bit. So it was definitely an improvement, comparing to previous month.

One more novelty is, I built my own calisthenics gym in backyard. Without doubt it is more enjoyable to train at the garden than inside. You can see some pictures and get to know how it was in my DIY outdoor equipment post.
