May – no time to train

As I wrote in previous post, I have new and awesome duties because of my little son. I want to dedicate all the time I can, to be with my family. So I did only two workouts during May. And I was training not as heavy as previously, because of my hernia.

So, after some pause, I did my first workout of the month onl 16. of May.

  • 10 pull ups, wide grip
  • 8 pull ups, wide grip
  • 8 chin ups, wide grip
  • 5 pull ups, L-sit
  • 5 pull ups, wide grip
  • 5 chin ups

I did a set of L-sit pull ups too, but I was very cautios because of my hernia. I don’t want to make it worse.

Next and the last one for the May was on 30. of May.

  • 10 pull ups, wide grip
  • 5 pull ups, L-sit
  • 8 pull ups, wide grip
  • 6 pull ups, wide grip
  • 4 pull ups, L-sit
  • 6 pull ups

I know that only two training sessions per month is far less than needed, but I dedicate more time to my family now. There will be next few thin months in term of training intensity, but I have to dedicate my time more important things for now.
